Safety shower with 300 liters boiler unit
This emergency safety shower combined with GRP eyewash is equipped with a 300 liter cylinder in which the water is continuously held at 65°C-70°C by using a 3kW heating element. By means of 2 thermostatic mixing valves, one for the shower and one for the eyewash, the heated water will be mixed with cold water, to provide a water temperature for the user of +/- 25°C.
The drench shower on the top of the shower is made of a stainless steel 316 tubular surrounded by electrical tracing, insulation and an outer casing in polyethylene. The drench shower is activated by a pull handle. The frost-free ABS eye shower with flow regulator is activated by opening the lid.
The tubulars on the inside are made of stainless steel 316. The outer casing is made of GRP (glass fiber reinforced polyester). The pictograms are conform the international standard. The boiler emergency shower is frost-free down to -25 °C, but is also available in a non-frost-free version for indoor installation. This boiler emergency shower is available for ATEX ZONES 1&2 and NON ATEX ZONES.
